In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Noosa Chorale has cancelled all choir rehearsals since mid-March this year, and has postponed our three major concerts to 2021: "Spirit of Olympia" to May 2021, Haydn's "The Seasons" to September 2021, and our Christmas "Wassail" to December 2021.
Of course it has been very disappointing for all our singers that we are not able to come together for our weekly rehearsals which have always been such a highlight of everyone's week as we prepare for our concerts and the thrill of sharing the joy of song with you, our audiences. Luckily we've been able to keep our "Chorale family" in touch with each other through a regular "Let's Keep in Touch Bulletin" which has sent out messages and singing practice recordings from our Music Director Adrian King, as well as greetings messages from singers to each other and links to wonderful choral performances in isolation.
